How fast can I get set up?
Most teams are fully connected and reviewing evidence within 10 minutes. Just click Connect on your tools, authorize in a popup, and you’re done. AI starts reviewing evidence immediately.
How does the AI evidence review work?
When evidence is collected from your integrations (or uploaded manually), our AI analyzes it against the mapped SOC 2 control. You get an instant verdict (Satisfactory, Needs Attention, or Insufficient), a confidence score, and specific recommendations. High-confidence evidence is auto-validated.
Can I bring my own AI model?
Yes. By default we handle everything with our own AI infrastructure — no setup required. But if you prefer to use your own API key, you can connect your Anthropic or OpenAI account in Settings and choose from models like Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o, and more. Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never exposed.
Which integrations are included?
All 20+ integrations are included in every plan: AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, GitLab, Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Datadog, PagerDuty, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Snyk, Tenable, Wiz, Jamf, BambooHR, Gusto, and Rippling. What does ‘per editor’ mean?
Editors are users who can create, modify, and manage controls and evidence. You can invite unlimited viewer and auditor users at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, prorated for fairness.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
