By accessing or using AutomateSOC2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

AutomateSOC2 provides a cloud-based SOC 2 compliance management platform including control mapping, evidence collection, audit preparation, and continuous monitoring tools.

3. Subscriptions

Our services are offered under paid subscription plans. The Standard plan is $99/editor/month and the White-Glove plan is $499/editor/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutomateSOC2 is a compliance management tool and does not guarantee SOC 2 certification. The platform assists with preparation, but audit outcomes depend on your organization's controls and implementation.
